Freshness you can smell before you taste. Storage instructions: Stays fresh for 3 to 5 days at room temperature in a cup of water, or up to 7 days in the refrigerator when wrapped in a paper towel.
Return & Refund Policy
At Nabatat Farm, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality produce directly to your door. Because our products are perishable by nature, we are unable to accept physical returns after delivery.
We Do Accept Complaints In The Following Cases:
• Product received damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
• Wrong item delivered (completely different from what was ordered)
• Significant quantity shortfall.
• Order not delivered at all.

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the affected product. Reach us via WhatsApp or email (details below).
Our team will respond within 2 business hours.
Resolution options: product replacement in the next delivery, store credit, or full refund — depending on the case.
We are not able to accept complaints submitted after 24 hours of delivery or for issues resulting from improper storage on the customer's side.
